What is IEMT - Integral Eye Movement Therapy - Creating change in the Blink of an Eye!

What is Integral Eye movement Therapy (IEMT)?

IEMT is a brief therapy using simple eye movements and asking questions to uncover, explore and help change a particular thought pattern that is causing you a problem. The technique is quick and content free, this mean that you do not need to share any details about the problem.

What is it used for?

It is a rapid change therapy used to release anxiety, depression, panic attacks, phobias, lack of confidence, low self-esteem, weight issues and many other emotional blocks.

How does it work?

Very quickly!

There is an expression that is often said: “That our eyes are the windows to the soul.” We constantly use our eyes to access information, process thoughts and recall memories.

Through our eyes information comes in and we store this information as memories and associated emotions, these emotional imprints from the past or identity imprints can be desensitised in order for a person to gain more freedom from the past, creating change in long term and chronic emotional problems.

Integral Eye Movement Therapy is a brief change work process that generates rapid change in the area of undesired emotional and identity imprints.

What is emotional imprinting?

Emotional imprinting occurs when a person anchors a new kinesthetic response to an experience. This teaches the person how to feel about certain things. For example, how many of us when told by the boss that he'd "like a word" in his office immediately; you feel like a school child about to be told off. This is an emotional imprint in action.

I.E.M Therapy addresses and resolves the question, "how did this person learn to feel this way about this thing?"

Thus, I.E.M. Therapy also addresses the issue of, "how did this person learn to be this way?"

In some cases, the person can adopt aspects of identity that can be problematic. For example, an emotional imprint might be, "I feel unhappy" whilst and identity imprint might be, "I am an unhappy person" or even, "I am a depressive."

By specifically addressing the identity imprint this enables the therapist to by-pass the beliefs that often support the undesired identity such as, "I cannot do that because I am a depressive" and so forth.

Integral Eye Movement Therapy can also be integrated with other therapies to help you to make permanent changes in your life.

Feedback from client:

After just one visit I felt a massive change had occurred I can't explain it. SA

This is a powerful process used to achieve rapid change - you need to experience it to appreciate the benefits.
